Martini with a Twist (for you and a friend)

Olivia de Salve Villedieu, Martini with a Twist (for you and a friend)

Ingredients

3 oz of your favorite gin (I like Barr Hill these days)
1 oz of Salers Aperitif
1 Lemon

Directions
In a large glass or shaker filled with lots of ice, add the the gin and Salers. Stir. Stir. Stir. Until it is very cold (I stir it 50 or 60 times). Divide amongst two glasses. For each, peel a large slice of lemon and squeeze it over the drink. Drop the peel in the drink.

Drink and feel happy.
