350 F: 45-50 min. golden top! (Fill under ½ way in cake pan!)

(1 Cake)

1 C. Sugar
1 T. Rosemary, finely minced
Zest of 1 Orange or Lemon

Rub together until fragrant!

½ C. Sheep’s Milk Yogurt (Regular Yogurt works too)
3 Eggs
¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract

Whisk with #1.

1 C. AP Flour, sifted
½ C. Almond Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt

Whisk slowly with above wets.

½ C. EVOO

Fold in with spatula with above mixture!
